She helps others start their real estate investing journey or reposition their current properties through 1031 exchanges to properties that produce more cash flow and appreciation than their current assets. Recognized as a skilled investor, Kelly is a mentor and sought-after speaker on real estate and financial literacy topics. She advocates a turnkey real estate investment strategy for investors in addition to a collateralized debt philosophy to create the best return with safety and helps investors multiply their returns. Kelly is licensed in real estate, life insurance, and securities. She loves to help people find the best solution to their financial needs. Kelly previously served as the President and Operations Manager of numerous startup companies in real estate, financial services, oil and gas, and manufacturing and spent 25 years in the software development arena developing an ERP System that is still the lead package being sold today. Kelly has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Information Systems from the University of Colorado. She and her husband Brian enjoy time with their three grown sons, their wives, and their first granddaughter.
